This Refunds & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, or cancellations may be accepted.

1. Refund & Return Eligibility
Refund or return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery date.
To be eligible:
  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Stickers must not be peeled, applied, or used
  • Original packaging must be intact
⚠️ Once a sticker has been peeled, it is no longer eligible for a refund or return.
 
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
  • Stickers that have been peeled, applied, or used
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged on arrival)
 
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Return Shipping
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments
 
6. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law
 
7. Order Cancellations
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment 24 hours after purchase.
  • Order cancellations are only eligible within 24 hours of purchase
  • After 24 hours, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
Customers are responsible for reviewing order details carefully before completing checkout.
 
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Eligible items may be returned according to this policy, and a new order may be placed.
 
9. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
